Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Well .. first ill ask them very nicely to stop doing it since it bothers other Players . And if they continue to do , Ill give them a warning .. if they dont stop ill have to mute them for a couple of minutes .And even after that if they dont stop i have to kick them or call an higer staff member to take care of the Situation.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the Server: Exploits are like cheats , even worse . ill have to kick out of the match the Player who tries to exploit the game in any way. After they come back and try to do it again i must call an admin to take care of him .

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
The term "ghosting" is cross team communication via 2 or more players on opposite teams in which are giving the opposing team hints to where another prop is whilst they are a dead prop. They can also communicate trought Discord, Skype . or other social media apps.
Example
A prop has died and their friend is on the hunter team, they decide to tell their friend the locations of other props around the map to win the round. This is 'Ghosting'.

Why I should be Chosen: Hello my name is Alex and im 17 years old .Well , i always try to help others Players in Need . Im a very Patience Person and i dont mind telling a Player the same Thing more times.. if they dint got it by the first time .If i see someone breaking the rules or doing something against the rules . I will tell them that is very wrong what they doing and they shall stop immediatly , I always liked to help others in Need .. before i needed help too and there were People who really helped me to get a better Player and to understand the game , now i wanna return the favor and help others too .I have a lot of expericene with Gmod i have played on lots of Servers and i never broke any rules. I really hate when i see Players breaking the game rules . It bothers other Players and it makes the game less fun for the others . thats why i wanna become a moderator so i can always Keep the game fun for the others . I see at the moment you have 6 days of activity which is not the best, but if you play until the meeting you will have 9 days of good activity which will be better.

I have seen you in game and you seem to know the rules and haven't been punished as far as I am aware.
