Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An appropriate reason to use the ban command is if the user Mass RDMs 3 or more people and then leaves the server, if the user Doesn't leave the server after Mass RDMing then the punishment would only be 2 aslays

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Id firstly check how long ago the user was banned, as if they got banned just a couple of days ago then i would tell them to wait a few more days before trying to appeal the ban again as id want them to learn from their actions, after around 1 week of the ban if the users appeal is detailed and shows regret for what they did, i would accept the appeal, but id keep a closer eye on them and id inform the rest of the staff to keep an eye on them as well.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I think that i should be promoted because ever since i got the Moderator position i helped out the server a lot as sometimes there aren't any other staff on and most of the time im on in those occasions, i also understand the ULX quite well and have gained confidence in giving users punishments as when i first started i was scared to give the wrong punishments, but after doing this for over a week now, i am a lot more confident. Id also like a promotion as when there is a situation where a user needs to be banned, if there aren't any admins+ on i have to go and contact other staff to help out, if i were to become admin, i wouldn't need to worry about this, i could just type in the command to ban the user without having to get another staff member on.
