Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have been moderator for a good amount of time now.(around a month) This time has allowed me to be assure of how to handle certain situations, and learn what types of people come into ZARP bhop. I now am fully capable of understanding and cooperating with others.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
About 2 weeks ago a person by the name of "Feel My Rainbow" came onto the ZARP bhop server and repetativly mic spammed, i tryed to warn him multiple times that he needed to stop. He would stop for all of 5 mins until someone else started talking and then he would do it again... I then gaged him for 5 mins and as soon as i gaged him he disconnected and reconnected.(therefore gag avoiding) So i muted him again, he reconnects again. I told him if he doesnt accept the gag and just sit through it i would kick him... he then said he would stop. Now he is most of the time afk on the bhop server probably point gaining. But he does not mic spam anymore.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Ok so from what i know the ZARP servers do not use writen commands and therefore you can navigate through the tab menu to access the moderator commands. Once you find the person that you are having problems with on the tab menu there are a few commands as moderator that you can use. You can Freeze them if they are not cooperating via the button with the snowflake. You can Mute/Gag them globally with a pre select range of times. You can also kick them if they are violating the rules with no intent to stop. If they keep coming back I would get in contact with one of the upper staff to assess you in the situation via teamspeak or through the forums. You can also strip people of weapons if they are gun spamming in spawn and wont stop, and you can also slay them if someone is stuck or is harrassing someone in the game.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
As sincere as you are, Cheating on the ZARP Servers is not tolerated... We at Zarp Gaming Servers do not appreciate it when people like you come into our server and misstreat the gamemode that the Owners wonderfully put together in the form of cheating. We expect the servers to be played as they should be and not how you want them to be played. Sorry but i would have to give you a no on your ban appeal, Shouldnt have cheated. End of story.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I feel that i should be promoted because I have been with the ZARP Bhop server for a good amount of time and I feel like im on more than most other Staff members. I only play bhop for the most part, so when im on gmod im on ZARP Bhop, I take rules very seriously and I have a ZERO TOLERANCE for cheaters.[/b]
Extra Information: (Not Required) I like to find shortcuts and level skips on all bhop maps... I was inactive for a week or 2 because a death within close family, I have come back for the past week/2 weeks but my dad passed september 24th and i didnt want to talk to anyone. Sorry for that time I was inactive but I assure you it wasnt just because i wanted too. I will also provide proof of said death via link to obituary if I am promted too.
