Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have thoroughly enjoyed being a moderator on Zarp SSRP and I believe that if I get admin rank, I will be able to assist the Zarp community more. Being a moderator is extremely useful in varied situations and I believe that becoming an admin would be even more useful.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
A situation I have had to work around as a moderator is spawn. Spawn is a mess half of the time; filled with mass RDM and NLR. In one of these said 'spawn situations' I had just joined the server with no knowledge of what was going on. I was met by a ton of mass rulebreakers that we had to deal with.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hey, congratulations on becoming a moderator! Welcome to the Staff team. You will soon be trained but here's a little
heads up:
The F1 Menu: The F1 menu will change from the one prior to becoming moderator. You will instead have 4 tabs:
Admin Requests are the main bit you will focus on, followed my logs. You are able to sort the Admin Requests however you
like, but the F1's that have been waiting the longest priority. Skipping F1's will get you warned.
Warnings are only used to check if someone has already warned them for something.
Logging is the logs. The logs are an essential support to the server and without them you'd barely be able to carry out any sits. When you start a sit the logs are your second need, you need clear logs to show that the person stated is the rulebreaker, and you are not wasting anybody's time.
Active NLR is useful in situations were someone revenge RDMed or someone broke NLR, you can see their NLR if it is running.
The TAB Menu:
The tab menu has changed too, you have the top right settings which are not accessible to moderators, but I'm sure it will be soon! If you click on a player's name, you can see the normal information and Staff commands. These commands are useful as you should use them to kick and bring / goto players. NEVER warn or teleport people with their Ingame name. Similar names will be teleported and warned too! You MUST find the player in the tab list and copy their SteamID. You are able to view a players rapsheet which is extremely useful in deciding whether to warn, kick or ban a user.
The F6 Menu:
The F6 Menu allows you to search player's punishments, similar to the rapsheet option.
Command List:
/tp Teleports you to the spot you are looking at
/back Teleports you to your previous position
/backspawn Teleports you to spawn
You don't need to use /bring or /goto, they are in the tab menu.
/warn STEAMID reason
You mute people in the tab menu.
/kick STEAMID reason
/unwarn STEAMID
Before you start, please read the Staff Ethoes, they will and should be linked to you during training.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player X, I have thoroughly overlooked your appeal and have decided to lift your ban. I have decided on this because you should've been kicked for your first violation. Also, your appeal seemed straight from the heart, professional and effortful. We look forward to seeing you on SSRP!
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
Being moderator has been a thrilling journey and I wish to be able to do my job even better. I want to be able to freeze people quicker and get things sorted out how they should be. Asking an admin to ban someone is painful when there is no Admin+'s on and I want to be able to sort people's issues out as fast as possible for their playtime. With the ability to pick people up it will make it easier to catch rulebreakers quicker and punish them as needed.

Inappropriate and offensive RP name. We are an inclusive community so please change that if you want any chance of being accepted |

I've been told that I should change it if anyone get's offended.
Since then noone has been offended as people see it as a harmless joke. |
