Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

I have already learn a lot in my time of being Moderator. I have learned the commands and have been active to learn more about the server and staff team etc. Because of my experience on Murder and TTT I already know how to act as a staff member properly and effectively to help others and the server.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

A situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command is if a user has a lot of recent punishments. For example if the user had more than 10 warns or slays etc, then the user could be banned for a few days to teach them to stop rulebreaking and to learn their lesson.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello and welcome to the PropHunt staff team.

First of all you will need to know how to access the ulx menu where most of your commands are. You can type !menu in chat to open this. To bind this type in console bind "letter" XGUI.

In this menu are different sections, chat, fun, menus, teleport and utility.

In chat you have access to amute, gag, mute, psay, tgag and tmute.

amute will mute the person from being able to type in admin chat. Use this to stop spamming disrespect etc in the admin chat.

gag will gag someone from using their microphone. Use this to stop spamming, disrespect, ghosting etc.

mute will stop someone from sending messages in normal chat. Use this to stop spamming disrespect, ghosting etc.

psay will let you private message (PM) someone. Use this to talk to others privately.

tgag and tmute are essentially the same as gag and mute but you set a time. Useful for not having to manually ungag or unmute etc.

The next commands are slay and sslay. They both do the same thing which is kill someone. However sslay will do it so only other staff can see it (I think).

You then have bring. This will bring a user to you. Useful for when people are stuck.

goto allows you to goto someone if you are stuck for example.

teleport will bring the user to where your crosshair is looking. Useful for teleporting someone to a specific location.

kick will kick someone from the server. Very rarely used.

finally from the ulx menu is fspec which will force someone into the spectators mode.

To warn someone you type !warn [name] [reason] or !warn to go to the awarn menu and manually warn them there.

Another menu is the F6 menu. This allows you to see a user's recent punishments (warns,slays,gags etc) if they are offline goto the Select Player then Search and paste a Steam ID.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello [player's name].I have reviewed your appeal and talked to the admin who banned you. We have decided to unban you as you show great effort and apology in this appeal and you had no other punishments in-game. Please read the rules so this doesn't happen again.

I think I should be promoted for the following reasons:

Activity:

I am on most days of the week and am meeting the 4 hours minimum requirement even though I am staff on other Zarp servers which shows I can balance my activity out to still meet the 4 hour requirement. I also have never failed to meet the requirement unless I have a valid reason. This shows I am not lazy.

Experience:

I am currently admin on TTT and Super Admin on Murder, this shows I am trusted, and know what I am doing when it comes to staffing. I have also been Moderator, Admin, Super Admin, Server Manager and Co-Owner on servers outside of Zarp which shows even more experience of staffing.
