Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
Learning the difference between TTT ulx menu , Murder ulx menu and commands.
Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A player has been consitently breaking the rules (11+ recents) and he breaks the rules again.(1 day)
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Now on with the ulx menu, first of all i want to open up console(by pressing ` next to 1) and binding a button to ulx menu(bind "button" "ulx menu".As you can see there are all types of categories.Some commands do nothing(help) but i'm gonna tell you about the important ones. Tgag/Tmute (gag for voice chat,mute for chat) is on a timer and you can do it in chat with !tgag/tmute "name" "time in minutes" "reason" , you are not forced to do this as some staff members prefer to just !gag/mute and then !ungag/unmute its your choise. Slay(!slay) kill a player instantly !slay "player" "reason" , can be used when some one RDMs and is still alive.Now the most used of them all Warn(!warn) it warns a player , !warn "player" "reason" do this when someone RDMs/Kos on sus etc. There are 2 more usefull commands !kick(pretty self explanatory) and !teleport (teleports a player to where you are looking at) use it when a player is stuck .
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If after reviewing the appeal he has truly regret it then i would adjust the ban to 1 week and tell all staff team members to keep an eye on him and if he cheats again then ban him perm without any chance of an unban.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I have had previous admin experience (Zarp TTT admin), having access to new ulx commands will only help me as many atimes i have had to bring an admin from another server just so i can ban someone because i cant do it myself.

Not gonna let an honest mistake cost me my rank. I'm pretty sure you must not know me personally to know my real personality.I mean from a random persons view it seems like i dont deserve the rank but if you get to know me you'll understand what i'm talking about.
