Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match or RDM is when with no reason a player kills another, example say x player is running to his base after a raid and his nlr timer is up when suddenly player y shots player x in the back of the head with a AIAW50. This would be a example of RDM because player y had no reasoning to shot player x.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule or NLR is the time counter after you are killed in a specific area and it prevents you from returning to the place you had been killed which would break the whole RP aspect. Example say player x had just been mugged and tried to run away but he was shot in the process by player y, enraged player x went back to where he was killed paying not attention the his NLR timer and kills the man who mugged and shot him. This Would be a good example of NLR and Revenge Kill because he did not wait the proper amount of NLR time and ruined the RP aspect.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First you would ask if player y had a reason and if he has a valid reason like he was in the middle of a raid and killed player x because there was no building sign then you would tell player x to next time put up a building sign if he was building and send them on there way but if player y had no excuse then you would either jail him for a minute or two or you would warn him for RDM.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If the lines are that close together then that either means he did in fact break NLR or there were not many deaths/kills in that time period. If he did in fact break NLR then you would either jail him or warn him for NLR.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be chosen because I am a very active player,
will not abuse my power and just try my best to help people. That is one of the main reasons I would like to be a Moderator and hopefully some day a Admin is because I just want to help People and I have noticed that there are a lot of problems on the servers early morning when I usually start my gmod day with Mass RDM, NLR, Prop Climb and every now and then some Prop Trap. I think I would be the solution to these problems becasue I would be on when no other admins are and I would be able to help people at the time. Another important reason I want to be a Moderator Is because I think it would be a really good experience becasue I have only been admin a few times on other servers and by far this is the best RP server I have found and I would love to be a part of the staff.
