What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is where people who are dead and they tell the runners and somtimes the deaths codes,doors,if traps have been activated or not and if they tell them what things are safe and and what is not and also if they tell them what potals to go through. e.g.If a guy was dead and says to another guy the code is 348 and that guy tried it and won or died it does not matter if it is wrong or right they tell them something.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would pick out of these terms, gag them,mute them,warn them e.g say if somebody called a guy was giving mass disrespect to another user and he continued giving disrespect I would mute or gag and warn him for Disrespect.It also means that you are not alowed to call anyone names or hurting another player's feelings.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
