Explain what is ghosting? and give an example:
ghosting is when dead people are giving information to Runners that are alive and that is not fair for deaths because sometimes he deaths codes, doors if traps have been activated or not and if they tell them what things are safe and what is not and also if they tell them what portals to go through. Example: if a runner is trying to decide which platform to jump on even tho it maybe be wrong they are still ghosting, and they may get warned or explained why that is wrong.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would tell the user what he is doing wrong and tell him if he does that again he will get either muted or warned. but if he keeps on going I would have to tell higher staff and then they will do what they have to do.

why I should be chosen: I know that I have warns and I know that maybe I'm not the nicest of guys but if you would just give me a chance I would follow the rules and help other people to improve in this game and if there is somebody not listing to the rules or is annoying somebody I will help both and I will always listen.I have been trying to be more mature and improve my attitude and try to earn trust and I have been active a lot of time on the server it is rarely for me to miss a day.

The only negative part are the warnings. But in my opinion, I think you are a good guy and you have a great activity.

You have sat in spectator mode since I joined this has been a couple hours idk if u were in it before but don't you think u should actually play on the server rather than sitting in spec mode and begging everybody to comment on your app itself.

You could have gone a bit more into depth in your "disrespectful player" section. You do also have use of the !gag and !kick command as a moderator.
