How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I take my time to try and help moderators and other admins/super admins in completing tasks. I also take my time to assist new staff members that may not know as much as to staffing. I also think that my ability to remain active will contribute to me becoming a super admin.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I believe a reason I am a good candidate for lead team/super admin is my ability to review two sides or more of a story, discuss things as a group, and come to a conclusion or consensus. I also believe I’m a good candidate for lead team due to my activity on the server, and as I actually PvP I can help with finding things that need balance brought to them.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
During this era of Cheating and Exploiting, having more power of looking into the situation would be very helpful, I personally have not encountered anything blatant enough I’ve had to report to lead team, but we haven’t had an influx in players just yet.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would begin by reading the appeal and reviewing any evidence at hand. If there is no evidence, I would discuss with the reported staff to get their side of the story, from which I would try and have a discussion with another LT member to come to a consensus about would should happen. If there is blatant evidence that the staff member is abusing their powers, it would be grounds for an official warning or an emergency demote.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would start by asking the staff member their reason for such a cruel and unusual punishment. If the player can’t explain a reason as to why the player was banned for an excessive time, I would remove the players ban, edit it to a more fair ban, and bring up this action in the lead team meeting for an official warning.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would invite the staff member to have a discussion as to why they should not be disrespectful to our players, and possibly give some tips on how to better react/better handle a situation.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would start by reviewing the evidence at hand, viewing the logs, and seeing what rules are being broken. From there, I would discuss with other lead team members what needs to happen varying on what rules are being broken.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Attempt to disarm the situation by remaining neutral, not taking sides or having bias, if I cannot disarm said situation, punishments would be handed out based on what’s being said.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
Depending on the rule break, I would ban the user and report it to the other lead team members where we can all discuss if the situation is worthy of demotion or warning.
