EXPERIENCE

I have been a part of Zarp for over 10 years now through that time I have held a multitude of ranks from moderator and lead team ranks on multiple occasions on both point shop and SSRP servers, through that time I have dealt with nearly every situation that one could come across in a gaming community both complex and challenging situations being head admin again would allow me the tools and powers to be able to fully handle any situations that may arise on the server without the direct need for a CM Team member to be online, allowing them to focus on more pressing things.

Dedication

As stated above I have invested a lot of time into the community over the years and held multiple lead team ranks during that time. Being able to now re-join the community due to having a job that allows for that has been great as it has given me the time to be able to contribute once again where I can even if it's in a small way.

Activity

Due to my working arrangements I am able to be active on ssrp and in the community throughout the day while I may not always interact i am monitoring any activity that may be taking place and can react accordingly. I always try to help were possible and have lately been assisting newer player who have been joining the server in the latest player increase.



With or without head admin in intend to:


⚫ Increase the understanding between players and staff members.
⚫ Working with other members of the lead team to host more events allowing players to obtain items.
⚫ Promote and encourage a healthy environment for newer players on the server.
⚫ Help promote and assist the current cm team in there existing plans.
⚫ Help to increase transparency within the community.
