Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match or "RDM" refers to when a player kills another player in game without provocation.
Example: Player 1 is standing as an FBI and pulls out a Gluon Gun with zero context. Player 2 runs out of nowhere and use's the ACS Bubble on Player 1, resulting in him loosing his gluon gun with zero roleplay intent.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or "NLR" is where for 3 minutes after dying, you can not return to the location or district that you died in unless within specifications of NLR (EX: You are a cop returning to a nuke)

Player 1 mugs Player 2. Player 2 does not pay and Player 1 shoots him. Player 2 can NOT return to Fountain district until the 3 minute NLR timer is up.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

I would start by collecting any video evidence that the player may have, along with checking the logs to see what happened. I then would decide how to move forward based on the situation, the evidence at hand, and my best personal judgement in a timely, professional manner.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

I would start by freezing the player to stop them from continuing said behavior, from there I will see how long it has been going on for, how many people he has killed and if this has had any effect on players items in game. After checking, I would get an admin to ban the player for the respectful amount of time that the player deserves.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I believe I should be chosen as a ZARP Staff Member because of my dedication to the server and community. Yes I have taken some breaks, and yes I was forcefully resigned for inactivity. With the ban wave and more players coming on, it is important to have active staff members, and people who know the server well. I would be a perfect candidate because I have playing on Zarp since my early childhood back in about 2017 or 2018 and am here to stay. I believe I should be chosen because of my ability to maintain a professional, non biased attitude towards the server. I have been reformed from using racial or derogatory terms, try and keep a non biased, friendly approach to everybody on the server no matter if I like them or not, and keep the toxicity to a minimum. I believe I would be a great candidate to add to the ZARP Staff Team again, as I can be very active on the server aswell as in meetings and in suggestions based on previous server ownership/management and development skills.

Alright so, I do have seen you on the server for the last 4 days. Sometimes you're AFK ( maybe you're farming your time?) but you do play which is very good! Your application is decent so overall ( I did read that you were staff before etc... so perhaps don't make the same mistake)
