I believe both my Activity and General Presence within Zarp speak for itself, I am online and Actively playing on SSRP as well as the Discord every single day, whether It's an Hour or multiple on end, I will be there nonetheless.

This alone allows me to continuously engage with both the Player Base and the Staff Team, be it for a laugh or general staffing. Due to the immense Activity and Presence I portray, I get involved in almost every Situation that's going on within its vicinity and am able to solve and or deal with any occurring Situations.

I am available for both Users and Staff at all times and always willing to mentor and or generally be there for any kind of question and or concern.

Trust:

I personally believe that I am a very trusted member of the community itself, I've previously held many Ranks alike including the SSRP Head Administrator Rank, BHOP Lead Team, Jailbreak Admin, Deathrun Admin, Teamspeak and Forum Staff. Currently, I obviously hold the SSRP Super Administrator Rank as well as Forum Section Staff for Report Abuse, Server Applications and Appeals. All these Ranks are definitely a Display of the trust I am given within the Community.

Experience:

I actually have spent and invested a lot of my Time and Energy into Zarp in the many years I've spent on it. As previously mentioned, I held a few Lead Team Positions and did actually handle almost every single Situation one could possibly encounter with Success. My previous and current experience within a Lead Team position also include the benefit of having a deeper understanding of general processes we as a Staff Team abide by and or deal with.

Personality:

Generally people know me as a pretty calm Individual, I tend to take Staffing and or Basically anything I touch pretty Serious, for some people a Tad too serious. I am quite Confident, especially once I know my way around the current Situation I am in. However, I do tend to enjoy the "Cold water" quite a lot as well.

My years of Staffing did give me a good view and understanding of how to Lead a team, which I even further improved in my life during various Jobs I've had. I encounter every Individual with Respect even if said Respect isn't immediately returned, as well as the fact that I stay very level-headed during any kind of conflict.

I'd say I'm really approachable to each and every member of this Community and outside of it, be it over Steam, Discord or In game itself. Not only that, but I'm always there to enjoy a chat and or go into rather deeper Topics. I love working in a team and generally really Enjoy the Staffing dynamic Zarp holds.

What I wish to achieve as a Head Administrator:

Personally I'm very excited to share many ideas which just occasionally come to mind be it Improvements of Rules, Bugs or Additions one could come up with. As well as being confronted with any task that will just come up.

My main goal as Head Administrator would be to bring back the Lead Team in general and giving SSRP Staff a direct contact to solve any problem that can possibly occur within the Server.

I aim to make the Staff Team Itself more present and approachable to all, considering that seems to have been the Job of CM's and Owners recently due to the lack of a Specific Lead Team on SSRP, having others take on that Role will most definitely take some weight off their Shoulders.

Maintaining fair punishments and generally consistent enforcement of the Rules are one of the Core topics of my endeavour as Head Administrator, as well as Enhancing / Improving the mentorship for new Staff Members.

I found myself once again really dedicated to both Zarps Community and its Staff Team, hence I am confident I can take on more responsibility and have a positive Impact as a Head Administrator within SSRP.
