Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is when a player damages or kills another player without permission or a good reason, e.g another cop decides to damage/ attempt to kill another cop trying to counter a raid or a citizen equips a weapon and begins killing afk people in spawn .

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is when, unless there is an exception in the rules (cop countering nuke/bank raid or gangster at air drop) when a player returns to a district of the map within the 3 minute timer and committing any rp actions. e.g someone is killed in bank raid who is a gangster and participating, if they decide to return to the bank at any point during the raid unless a tactical insertion point is placed , that is NLR. Or being killed while raiding someone’s printers and returning within the 3 minute timer given on screen to try and raid again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system. First i would ask player A for a clip. Then i would ask player B for the reason for killing A. Then looking at the clip i would determine wether Player B’s reason for killing was justifiable, if it is i would not punish B ,and If the clip shows no reason for killing, or does not match player B’s description of the situation i would punish B. However if A fails to provide a clip i would be unable to punish B as there is a lack of evidence(A couldve easily had a weapon out which is just reason to be killed by a police category job, this cant be determined with no clip) , unless A had someone else provide a clip.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining. I would freeze the player as soon as i caught wind of the MRDM through F1 complaints , and take them to a sit, i would give them a last chance to explain themselves before giving them the appropriate punishment for MRDM plus any other rules broken, such as RDA or NLR.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): I am frequently active on zarp and am very unbiased, i show no one favour to a gang or person, (besides my own gang Wikipedia which my allegiance too would not affect any staff decisions) id say im not exactly best mates with everyone in the server but i dont really have bad relations with anyone, i like to be friendly and sound with people rather than a wrathful enemy, this would make me have no bias when handling reports as i would simply do what is right . I have previous experience with being a moderator such as on the server protectionrp, i got to senior mod before schooling pressures caused me to lose time to focus on modding, but now these pressures are reduced. this was actually around the time i first joined zarp. Overall i think i would be suited to the role as i am extremely active on the server, and have good experience in the field, thank you all for listening zarpers
