Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Duping 8 golden gluon guns
Mass RDM
Ban Sinz

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
It has reports and logs and a few other things that aren't really used as often, I can use this menu to deal with situations on the server to help players.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
Take it like a chad and move on, if they're getting a bit much with it then tell em straight (1.2)

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I talk to whoever banned him/her/they/them and I will come to a conclusion, one that probably says "Thanks for saying sorry and how much you regret it accepted"

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I used to be CM and map dev as well as holding several high roles, activity will continue to improve so I think I should be given a benefit of the doubt given I used to be one of the most active and I used to edit maps for the server too, which is a VERY time consuming task which I had committed to in the past, providing major map changes to SSRP so dedication is something I have already proved time after time as well. I don't really have anything else to do so fuck it
