How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been admin for a long time now and I have been active in Discord and as well as on SSRP. I have dealt with many situations such as: Ban appeals, punishment appeals, punishment requests and over 550 F1’s in my time as staff. This will contribute to me being a Super Administrator because it gives me the skills I need to be able to deal with staff issues quickly and effectively
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?
As stated above, I have completed many staff duties to a high standard and I also contribute my opinions in meetings. As an admin I have proved my effectiveness to the staff team and have always asked Lead Team members for feedback on how to be a better staff member and how to gain new staff ranks.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
As an SSRP Admin, I have encountered times that need the input of an LT member. For example, ban appeals and punishment requests are sometimes hard to figure out an outcome for and messaging LT is sometimes the only option.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Firstly, I would approach the staff member and get their side of the story, I would then review the evidence and decide on an appropriate punishment. However, if the abuse report is deemed false then I would deny the report. Next, I would let them know of their punishment and give them feedback on what to do in a similar situation.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
First, I would approach the staff member and ask them why they banned the player for an excessive amount of time. I would then link them the staff ethos and explain to them that the amount of time that they banned the player for was excessive. I would then edit the ban time and try and contact the user who was banned to let them know of the change in their ban time.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
Firstly, I would contact them in game reminding them to try and abide by staff ethos and have an overall good attitude in game. However, if they are simply not able to deal with the user properly, then I would help them by explaining what rule the user broke and how they should be punished (if at all)
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First, I would approach the staff member (staff A) who accused the staff member (staff B)and ask them if they have any evidence of staff member b breaking rules. If they do then I will bring it up in the next LT meeting where it will be discussed and a punishment will be voted on.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Firstly, I would try and resolve the issue right there and then by telling them both to stop arguing, If the argument was within staff channels then I would then remind them that staffs members are meant to get along and work together effectively to make sure the server is a good experience. If this argument creates a divide in the staff team then I would address it in the next meeting and try and resolve it. If neither parties apologise for their actions or continue to argue then I will bring them up in the next LT meeting
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
Firstly, I would message them and remind them of the rules they are breaking. However, if they didn’t apologise for their actions and continued breaking the rules then I would issue and emergency demotion. I would talk to the LT in the next meeting and discuss whether or not this demotion should be permanent or not.
