1) Player A has scammed Player B in a coinflip, resulting in a ban until restitution is made.
2) Player A has accumulated numerous warnings in their rapsheet and persists in rulebreaking.
3) Player A continues to exploit the game even after being warned, seeking an unfair advantage.

Explanation of the F1 Menu's Main Functions:
The F1 menu serves as a comprehensive tool for staff to manage server situations:
- Admin Requests: Allows staff to handle and respond to incoming requests promptly.
- Warnings: Displays warnings issued by staff to users, aiding in tracking user behavior.
- Logs: Provides detailed logs of player actions, including kills, arrests, and death locations.
- Active NLR: Identifies players with active New Life Rule violations, organized by district.

Handling a Situation of Verbal Abuse from Player A:
First, I would move Player A away from the scene and verbally warn them. If the behavior persists, escalating consequences such as jail time or a ban may be necessary.

Handling an Appeal for a Permanent Ban Due to Prop Spamming:
