Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
My time on Prophunt, Discord, and forums was always amazing and enjoyable, reminding me of my old times here on Zarp. I love it and always will. Seeing our friend MadMagic return to Prophunt as Server Owner gave me motivation that Prophunt will have someone who is dedicated and will take care of the server with new updates. Personally, having an admin role here at Prophunt will motivate me to climb through the ranks, helping the community, players, and the staff.
Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I would only use the ban command if the player has 5 or more active warnings, with the duration varying depending on the warnings. Also, if the player keeps violating the rules without any intention of stopping.
Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
To be honest, the moderator role has all of the necessary tools for punishing the rule breakers. The admin role provides you with the ban command, which has very strict usage, as well as the tsay command.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First of all, who would ban someone "permanently" for exploiting, especially when it is his first ban?
My first answer would be "Handling" followed by "Hello "players name". I notice you want to return to the server. First and foremost, your permanent ban was most likely a mistake. After discussing with the staff member who banned you, we decided (if that person has 5 or more current warnings for "Exploiting") to lift your ban for a few hours to give you time to read the rules. (If the person has no warnings for "Exploiting"), we chose to return you to the server in the hopes that you will not exploit.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
My experience with prophunt was that I spent most of my time as a staff member. Knowing what to do in certain circumstances, as well as having spent a significant amount of time on prophunt, provided me with the knowledge of prophunt gameplay and staffing.
