Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is when one player kills another player outside of an RP situation without reason.
One example; A player joins the server, then starts a vote to become secret service, within their new job they decide to storm into the mayors office and gun him down.
Why is this Random Death Match?; The player as secret service, is tasked with keeping the mayor alive, by protecting him from anything and everything that may harm him. Within this job there is no room for an RP reason to kill the mayor, the mayor presents no threat to the secret service at all, as they serve as his protection he would not engage in any activities that harm the secret service or that would give them reason to harm him in return.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule prohibits one from returning to an area they had been in prior to death for three minutes.
Violation of new life rule is when a player utilizes information they had in their prior life (prior to death) or returns to an area they had died in order to exact revenge or defend an area, exempt from this are cops foiling a bank raid or a nuclear launch, or a player utilizing a tactical insert device.
Scenario of NLR Violation: A player starts a nuclear launch and is promptly raided by several other players, who are all utilizing the gangster job, the initial player who started the nuke kills every single gangster(raider). Following them are police, who in the process of dying continue to return after death, seeing this the gangsters then return and violate NLR. The police being exempt from the rule are quick to call the players out, who are then to be promptly punished.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would interview player A first, get their side of the story and collect evidence, (clip, screenshot, logs), then I would bring in player B, ask why they killed player A (after confirming via the logs), depending on the response of player B, I would follow up with showing player B the clip or evidence. If player B has no valid RP or self defense reason for killing player A I would then have to warn player B for RDM.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I would freeze the user to prevent them from further harming the server population, before bringing them elsewhere I would explain to them what the rules are for RDM, and MRDM, jail them for 10 minutes to read the MOTD and learn their lesson, if they were to continue killing I would increase jailtime or kick the player, if the player still insists on doing this I would simply give them a cooldown ban for the following reasons: NITRP | MRDM | Disrespect
Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I have been playing zarp on and off for a number of years, I have seen the highs and lows of the community and server overall, and would not choose any other SSRP to rip my bank account on. There simply is nothing like zarp and its content, its community is a specific little niche that has its charm like one of those really ugly fucked up hairless cats. I spend lots of time on the server both in the active hours, and the not so active hours. In this time I tend to see a lot of players violate the rules as there is no one around to stop them, I am personally tired of seeing the lives of innocent miners thrown away and violated over nothing. I am tired of seeing Bob Bonsall dead on the street. I want players to be able to play the game, and have a good time while playing. While returning most recently to the server I have found a lot of joy in helping my fellow players out with discounted goods, or just gifting items in general to keep the player base full and supple. As a gambling addict I post this hoping for the best, if not you'll still see me playing, applying again next week, and losing all my shit in coinflips.
