Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match which can be commonly referred to as RDM is when someone kills a player for no reason.
For example:
A player is walking around spawn as a shop owner minding their own business selling their items, making that dough. Then lets say for the sake of this example, that a master thief walks up to them and without any hesitation they kill him. As he was in spawn without a base or property, there is no reason for him to kill the shop owner. Furthermore, if that thief were to go up to a miner and commit these same actions, that would also be a suitable case for RDM as they are miners.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule (NLR) is when you die in a district, you will not be allowed to return to that district until your NLR timer (seen on the top of your screen) expires. Furthermore, if you are killed for a good reason, say you attempt to arrest a gangster for having a weapon out and they kill you, you now have to wait out that NLR timer, when your NLR expires, you may return to that district. However, if it is RDM, NLR may be ignored.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
Firstly, I would accept the F1 made by player A. Second, I will teleport to that player, after I will ask them if it is okay to bring them onto a roof in order to conduct the sit. Next, I will check to make sure player B is not in RP, if he is I will wait to ask him to be brought to a sit but if he is not in RP then I will kindly ask him to come to the sit.
Once both parties are involved, I will ask for both sides. If there are conflicting stories, I will have to ask for proof. However, if player B admits to breaking the rules, I will check his rapsheet, if he has zero recents I will probably give him a verbal, if he has any recents however, then a warning may have to be issued. Now if the other player denies, I will need proof from player A, if player A provides the proof, I will have to warn the player for RDM no matter what since he lied in the sit. Now, if the player denies it and player A has no proof, there might not be anything I can do about that and I will ask player A to record it next time.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
If I saw a user mass RDM (say he is new or has zero recents, if he had multiple recents I would contact an admin) I would immediately warn him, if that does not stop him I will have to jail him so hopefully he stops, if not, and I am the only staff member available, I will continue to warn him every time he RDMs until he is banned by the console.
Something else I would try to do is warn other staff members that this particular user likes to mass rdm, this way if he does it again in the future other staff members will be able to catch him quicker. If he stops rdming players after I punish him, I will stop administering more warnings as he learned from the initial punishment.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I have been playing the server for a while now and with these recent months, I have been a good member of the community so I feel like I deserve a chance to show my loyalty and unbreaking will to support ZARP. Faithful initially gave me permission to run for Owner, however, I feel like it will be a greater journey to start from the bottom and earn it with hard work, faith, trust, and companionship. I would also like to note that I have been fairly active for the past month and only lost a few days of activity this week due to having classes. Since I have so much time on the server and talk to staff members, I have always and continue to have a very good understanding of the rules and I would like to put that to good use. I think if I am given the trust of moderator, I can show the staff team that I will try my hardest to uplift the community in any way I can!
