Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I will be able to deal with more situations with the extra powers you get as an admin as moderator is very limiting.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:
There's not been a situation I had to work around however with my staffing experience, I have dealt with very complex situations in other ZARP servers when I was a CM ranging from simple rulebreaks to serious community issues such as exploits.

When would it be appropriate to use the ban command?:
When they have too many recents and show no good intent of following the server rules, following staff ethos.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Thanks for appealing, I have spoken to the staff member that banned you and we have decided to accept your appeal. Please don't use exploits again and ensure that you follow our server rules! zarp_accepted

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I currently hold some very trusted ranks in the community and I am aware on what my duties will be as a admin for the Sandbox server. I have always been a helping hand to this server before it was released and always come up with ideas and suggestions to have added onto the server. I used to be a ZARP CM so I am very aware of the ZARP ecosystem and I would like to advance further in the staff ranks, thank you for reading my application!

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Sandbox! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. Just join the ZARP Discord and get in touch with a Sandbox Super Administrator or higher or add a SA+ on Steam. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands, and don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something
