How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on the Discord server?:

I would first contact the user who is getting harassed, as it could be a misunderstanding and they both very easily could be joking around with each other. If I found out it wasn't a joke I would then contact the user who is doing the said bullying, I would ask him to stop and give him a warning however if he was to carry on I would take more serious actions resulting in mutes which could lead to a ban.

Explain some of the administrative features of Discord and when they're used appropriately:

Timeout - Timeout can be used in circumstances when a user might post something or do something in which they need to take a break and rethink their actions, Timeouts can last 1 Minute, 5 Minutes, 10 Minutes, 1 Hour, 1 Day and 1 Week, it would depend on how often they are getting a timeout on which option you would take.

Mute - Mute is really like a timeout as you are limiting such features as typing, it can even be used if a user is Micspamming in channels and just being a nuisance, you should also always mute someone for racism.

Kick - A kick just like a ban should be one of the last things you do, it can also be used for promoting, the only difference between using the kick command and the ban command is that with a kick a user can easily join back with an invite.

Ban - A ban should be placed if the user in question is breaking Discord TOU or causing any distress by placing death threats, threatening to dox, promoting cheating software or promoting other services.


Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):

I always have discord open and I am constantly checking and replying inside the Zarp discord, being I have been Discord Administrator before I believe I know exactly what I'm doing and how to fulfil this role, due to my work schedule, I am both awake US and UK times so I will always be free to deal with anything that others may not Like I say in every other application I make I have had plenty of roles in my 7 years on Zarp consisting of SSRP Super Admin, Bhop Admin, Appeals Section moderator, Minecraft Admin, Murder Mod and as said above even Discord Administrator so I believe I am very trusted and capable for this role.
