Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
My time as a moderator will help me because I have learned that I have what it takes to become an admin and it has helped another moderator.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A good situation would be, when 2 ghosting players continue after multiple warnings and move to the same team and after both kicks,come back and don't care, the ban order would be appropriate.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Learn basic commands and rules first, don't be so direct with the person you are dealing with like a cheater, don't tell him you saw he has something or talk to that person, better keep calm and see the cheater catches him very easily, I would teach him how to do the demo and menu commands, each separately, show him the site rules Hacking Policy/PropHunt and let him read the whole thing or make up his own mind. the basic commands you will receive and learn, I will talk to him and explain to him, if the person does a little spam or text, warning and then if he continues, mute him, if a person is racist, he is free mute without warning, if the person in question continues, can increase the mute duration by 5 seconds, if a person seems suspicious of cheating in some way, can send anticheat, then do a demo with the person and then send it to discord for the staff to make a decision, until the staff makes a decision it would be better to keep it in the props team so as not to confuse the players during that time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would say I'm sorry for the unfair ban he was given for exploitation,I would talk to that staff member and say you don't have to ban for exploitation and use ban for anything.

I think I did pretty well as a moderator, I helped a lot and I wish I could help even more, maybe as an admin it would be easy for me to do my job and I think I was as active as possible there to help everyone.
