Issue/Bug: car dealership

Date/Time: right now

Location on the map (if applicable): doesnt matter

Brief description of the issue/bug: i paid 2.9b for a fully upgraded car just for it to get back to normal the next day, ive heard about the map update so i decided to upgrade my car and it was so fast. but now when i drive it its not that fast anymore and it asks me to pay another 2.9b for the upgrade

Lua errors: none

Screenshot or Video: u can check logs i afford the upgrade for 2.9b and i can show u rn that my car is not like the fully upgraded one

Extra Information: its either u just give me my 2.9b back or get this fixed and my car upgraded(not a threat or anything)
