Issue/Bug: Can't buy the utility printer upgrade
Date/Time: Since my gang hit lvl 13
Brief description of the issue/bug: when i try to buy the utility printer upgrade for my gang it says " [GANG] Your gang does not have sufficient funds and/or loot to purchase this!" but i have 100M cash and 2.5M loot in my gang

Extra Information: I don't know if it's the same for every gang on the server but the issue is here since my gang hit lvl 13
