1.3 Spam/Promotion of non-ZARP services
Do not repeat messages more than once in a short space of time [this rule is somewhat more lenient on players KOS etc.], make incoherent/useless messages or messages which promote another competitor community/service.

Story - (What happened?)

Obelisk The Tormentor came up with the idea of giving away PS points if people guessed his age and stuff as such which escalated into a full on chat spam which prevented proper gameplay due to the chat being occupied with a lot of random unecesarry numbers...

Greetings, Richard!
Before anything, thank you for making this report and helping the server stay clean, but I have decided to deny this report, partly.
The reason being that it is obvious that players other than Obelisk The Tormentor were playing along and not realizing they were spamming until the staff on the server at that time (wavE) asked them to cease the chat spam, on which they followed.
However, the one that started this madness (Obelisk The Tormentor) will be spoken to and warned verbally.
Thank you again for making this punishment request and helping out the server.
