Before anything, thank you for making this report and helping the server stay clean, but I have decided to deny this report, partly.
The reason being that it is obvious that players other than Obelisk The Tormentor were playing along and not realizing they were spamming until the staff on the server at that time (wavE) asked them to cease the chat spam, on which they followed.
However, the one that started this madness (Obelisk The Tormentor) will be spoken to and warned verbally.
Thank you again for making this punishment request and helping out the server.
