What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: The staff member both didn't follow policy as I do not believe callum responded within 1 minute of the appeal being posted and also disrespected me by saying I have to go to school which he knows I cannot afford in my country as I made it crystal clear that my family is poorer than others.

I believe that it is extremely unprofessional for a staff member of such ranking to think that a new player like shabeel doesn't know the handling policies and to bully him and expect no consequences. I stand by empowering new members of the community. At least give him the proper treatment that he deserves under policy, and don't break policy Donny. I also believe that donny isn't following the staff ethos, this is highly unprofessional, hes letting his personal feelings dictate how he acts as staff. "Attitude We recommend all staff to remain calm and friendly when dealing with users in the community, this way we ensure that the relationship between the staff and users remains good and leads to a friendlier environment." the environment is not feeling friendly and this behavior from donny does not allow anyone to be a friendly player

Knowing Donny, I'm certain it's because you're a Muslim

To be fair he did try get me to meet up with him in cyprus (turkey) when I landed in my new town, Knowing I am underage, he did also say that he kisses his son sometimes so I'm not sure its fully based on him hating my religion I think age is a factor as I'm almost the legal age unlike his son who is about 6
