What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
He banned my friend called _Syed who is a active VIP that has no recents on him until today, he banned my friend for not linking his keypad to his prop, he first gave him one warning and then my friend asked the admin to help him fix it and link it or teach him, the admin said no and went away, the admin then came back after a few minutes and checked it again, only to find the same issue, it is then when he froze my friend and told him he is getting banned for that, there was about 4 or 5 people raiding us at the time and even they said this was not right, my friend requested many times for help in linking the keypads as it wouldn't work, yet admin said no.

How does someone become a admin who can't help a fellow zarp member out, i have seen how difficult it is to get even a moderator position on this server, so this makes me wonder, did this man lie to get him position?

Morgan please take action as this isn't fair on my friend. He clearly knew he was wrong and wanted help to fix it, but was refused it

He never specifically asked help with the keypads. I agree that I could have spent the time to actually help him, but he only stated that he had no idea how the keypads worked. He never said "Could you please help me" and considereing the fact that he had prop blocked printers and knew full well that that wasn't allowed I decided to ban him when I returned and found out he had still not fixed the keypads.

It is true that I could have spent more time on actually helping the user. I do believe he had a couple of recents however, which made the ban as long as it was (2 days for anyone that's wondering).

Besides that you're lying multiple times in this report:
1. The user had 2 recent punishments before I warned him. He had 3 when I banned him.
2. The user never asked me for help. He could have also made an F1 for help, but instead decided to keep his printers prop blocked
3. Only one of the raiders said that he didn't want _Sy banned, as when the user would be banned he'd no longer be able to take the printers. It was all for their own self gain, not because the ban was unfair.
4. You yourself were breaking NLR when I banned your friend.

This ban is in no way invalid nor did I abuse my powers at any given point.

I've spoken with Raeker and we both felt this could have been dealt with more efficiently. The ban will be removed however next time your friend needs to listen to the staff member as staffs word is final.



Ban will be removed, and myself or another staff member will help your friend learn how to setup a fading door and keypad properly.
