Evidence:

Story: I was just walking around, minding my own business, not breaking any rules, and then I see him write that in OOC, I feel harrassed because of this, due to me changing, and not breaking rules, and then he comes saying that, completely randomly.

Proof that I havent recieved any warnings since I got unbanned
