Report is based on two things, false reporting and lack of communication.

the first part, which is about the false slays, I proceed to ask him about why i was slain twice for "prop abuse", and he tells me "logs dont lie sadlier".
I proceed to ask him to give me details, and the summary of our interactions is him lagging and me attempting to try effieciently use logic with him, then after I try again and again for multiple times, he gives me vague hints and finally tells me to "go file a report on the forums."
clearly he doesn't care much about what he's doing and he continues to be a bad admin.
i can provide the screenshots later if needed.

ImToppen
STEAM_0:1:162147117 - (What is the accused person's Steam-ID?)
will provide later - (Screenshot or video of the accused players Steam-ID)
TTT 24/7 minecraft server - (What server was this on?)
about 4:30 GMT - (When did it happen?)
what i said in the initial post - (Anything else you want to add?)
abusing power - (What rules did the person break?)
what i said in the initial post* - (What happened?)
what i said in the inital post - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

That is up to the SIQ (Staff in Question) to provide details on their side of the story.

It's better that the SIQ talks to the staff handling the report via teamspeak rather for faster communication & outcome.

ImToppen claims that he saw you prop abusing and had enough proof from this and the logs combined in order to punish you, but he was too busy at the time to actually communicate with you properly at that specific moment in time.
