Hello,
I would like to report the administrator called "ImToppen" for abuse. I was an innocent proven by tester, and three of us saw him killing an innocent at distance. When asked why, ImToppen said that this guy damaged him with a crawbar, but he was too far away to be able to do so. He killed him with a UMP-9 if I recall. We then ask toppen to get tested several times (at least 3 warnings) he always refuse and start fleeing. We then decided as a mutual agreement to kill him (I was not the one who said "kos ImToppen"). I end up killing him and he was indeed a traitor. My kill was legal according to the rule 2.2. 2.2 In-game warnings to players. Imtoppen decided to punish me by autoslaying for the next round. When issuing a warning to a player in-game, make sure that it is through the chat medium so that everyone can see it. Make sure that you give the player ample warning (Minimum of 2) after that you may then declare a KOS on because of their actions. An example of this would be if a player is following you through the map, then you can KOS them after warnings have been given. After the second-warning it will not be classed as RDM. I DEMAND JUSTICE TO BE DONE !!! (sorry for the abusive typo and colors, I just enjoy it...) |

Hello AnonCG,
I'm afraid you have shown us the wrong rule. Rule 2.2 only applies to warnings for user's actions. Refusing to enter the traitor tester does not apply under rule 2.2. Similarily, you need to warn via the chat medium and according to ImToppen you have not done that. This is the rule you were supposed to follow: 2.2b Detective Warnings/KOS Reasons. As none of you were a detective and none of you used the type chat medium to convey these warnings, the punishment is completely valid. As a detective, you may issue a warning to players to not do/use something, but you must still use valid KOS reasons, and not make up your own false reasons. Some examples of valid detective KOS reasons are; - Refusing to go into the traitor tester after being asked multiple times. - Using a health station repeatedly without permission. - Refusing to cease fire. These are not all the valid scenarios for detectives to KOS someone, but make sure that they follow what is stated above relating to false reasons. There must be something valid and traitorous that lead to call the KOS . Next time, be sure to use the proper template for demoting a staff member: Staff Member(s) Name:
Staff Member(s) SteamID:
What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
