You can clearly tell it is mistake on Gmod's side and everyone makes mistakes, nobody is perfect. The way I would have done it is uploaded the video and shown Gmod he misunderstood what happened so he would unwarn me, I really do not see why you went with reporting him. I feel that If i didn't record I would of been false warned

My issue is how he handled it, if It was someone else who wasn't recording I feel like he would get a warn.

I get where you're coming from. Again, it was a mistake on Gmod's side, I'll let him know not to be quick on judgements but it will not be taken further.
