Well, he basically just tried to RDM me, luckly another person killed him.

my opinion would be that its not rdm, reason being : We were being shot by the cops while being near the car dealer npc, I guess since cops dont have nlr they remember us and can kos us, so how come we cant kos them as well? I was being shot at and i saw you had a gun pointing at me so i assumed you were shooting at me. But from your POV i see that it's not as clear as it was from mine.
