First of all, You have no proof that it's Wonky doing this. Second of all, maybe all of them were fighting or some shit?

tbh, all i see is a cop walking up, attempting to arrest, succeeding in doing so to one of the gangsters, then being killed by wonky, who accidentally killed the guard standing next to/near the cop.
