Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Scam, he's a known scammer in Zarp and i felt it was needed to report him once again for it.
Story - (What happened?) He was adverting some wierd event, promising 5m to the first one to complete it.
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

Why wouldn't this be considered a scam? Jerry, you clearly were giving away money to the person that made a 10 word sentence in advert. Why wouldn't you give the money?

Hi, I've looked over the evidence and decided that this was indeed a scam, even thought it may have been minor - no matter how small a scam is, according to the rules is a permanent ban.
