Reason - What rules did the person break?
RDM x3 - Went around 3 people asking if they voted for him to be swat, when they answered he shot them.
Leaving to avoid action - He left when I was going to kick him and grab his steamid
NLR (No proof) - A few days ago someone complained about him NLRing, this was verified.

Story - What happened?
Discussing a RDM with someone - he comes up asks if he voted for him to be swat and when he answers no he shoots him. Same for 3 others.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened.
