How did that kill him? Can that exploit work with every weapon? If so the walls need to be made thicker to prevent this.

Part of the player model and hitbox can poke through thin walls and windows.

It's a simple mistake, no need for a demote whatsoever. It's just the glass is so thin the hitbox went through, you can't even see it. Thank you for your report!
