I have taken a look at your report and the proof provided and I can clearly see that Scary Chicken had broken NLR and raid timer even when you messaged him. Whilst the rulebreaks are not ban-worthy, I will take a look at his previous punishments when I go in-game and make a verdict then. Thank you for taking the time to make this report.
