An admin has warned him, but I believe he should be punished further because he is a previous admin by like a few days and he should know the rules. He lied to the admin saying he didn't know that it was against the rules.

Reason:
Prop Abuse, and Illegal Printer Spot

Story:
I was walking around with a Scan Master and saw printers where I had no idea, so then I realized they were on a roof so I waited for him to go back and I caught him prop abusing to get up there.

Hello Zachery Wraith,

I have taken a look at your report including the proof you have supplied and come to a conclusion. Yes, Chad Ubetcha did prop abuse and print in an illegal spot, but he was punished for it with a warning and I believe that is reasonable. Many other members of staff, including myself, would have given him a warning for this incident. Chad Ubetcha is an ex-administrator but sometimes admins can not remember every single rule perfectly. I believe that this user will not break this rule again, but if he does then you are free to make another report whether that is in game or on the forums.

Chad Ubetcha broke the following rules:

2.4 Prop Abuse - The use of a prop to harm, push or surf is not allowed.

4.7 Roof Structures - Bases or structures may be built on a roof as long as the roof can be accessed, either via the world or with a built ramp, ladder or bridge and follow all other rules. The roof must also not be further from the ground than a plate1x8.mdl placed vertically. The roof also cannot border to the edges of the map.

The user has received a warning for the incident which is reasonable and therefore no further action will be taken and I will deny this report.
