we aleready talked togheter and it was a joke.. sorry if he took it offensive, by the way, i am so angry beacouse from 5 hours im alone on the server (i mean alone MOD) and what i only see is spamming peapol on OOC about NLR, PROPBLOCk, RDM, you don't even know how hard is it when you are alone to handle 30 things at once.. Bobiii is a really active mod, I've seen him working on the F1 reports quite well. I don't think he should be given a serious warning (IE: One of three)

But I still think he should be informed of the need to respect everyone - asshole or not asshole.

He was informed when he made his app. It is literally one of the questions.

He is entitled to a opinion as long as it is kept to himself only. By moderating you represent ZARP. You're not allowed to let personal feelings play a role. For the simple reason everyone is equal. That he is 'a really active mod' does not matter in this case. It doesn't change the mistake and he deserves the same warning other mods wouldve been given. Please use your brain before you reply with a big bunch of non-sense to save him.

Okay so, i got demos where you are breaking many rules rodamn:

1, FailRP
2, Running From Mod
3, Offensive Language Against Mod
4, Lying to Mod and Admin that you didn't bind the key

And should i respect that person?, when someone says that he Hacks i must do something with it, and its hard when he just says "Fuck Off Man" and other stuff and just running away...

If someone ask why didn't i kick him/warn him, its beacouse he would instert a fake screenshot of me kicking him with a reason like "fuck you" or something, so i asked admin to do something, so here is the demos

This is not a ban request against Rodamn. Pull yourself togheter. Blaming your own behaviour and refusing to respect him, even now, shows your true nature.

Your demos/screenshots against Rodamn, have nothing to do with the situation briefed in this demote request. It was utterly unnecessary for you to post these unless you act to them and make a ban request.

I've tried to help and negotiate for you at this point, in the believe of you having a good core. But you are stepping out of line here. I guess this is why you got in trouble.

You said you dont like me, you should respect all players.

For me, it looks like you're trying to get into people invidiually, I think you're doing great as a mod, but you have to respect people more.

You can't chose sides, u were on my side when we're discussing with that guy, which means u +1 for me.

THEN, when I turn my back, u say u dont like me? I find that very immature, and that you cant stand up for yourself.

This deserves a Warning, agree with Scotteh.
