Although he was not in the district he was interacting with his last life (protecting) I believe that is nlr but what Chicken did may have been wrong. Leave this for Lead Team.Blocked wrote: When did the jug attempt to attack him?
That would be classed as RDM if he was not interacting with the NLR

From what I see he's doing nothing wrong tbh, yes he does have nlr in rich so you can't interact or be in it. But I'm pretty sure that doesn't make it so you can't defend the base from suburbs, as long as the player he's killing doesn't go inside of rich its all guchi.
I'm not sure if this should be a demotion kinda aims high but I think at least something should be done.

This should get denied, even though Smo did not have NLR in Suburbs he was attacking a cop which was raiding Rich district, therefore Smo was defending Rich district which means he interacted with the district he had nlr in.

After reviewing the evidence there was a player (loxeo) juggernaut suited hand cannoning the base trying to raid it and take the nuke down. Smo has NLR in the Rich District, the district where the base is located and also the one loxeo is raiding. Him defending the raid and attempting to stop loxeo from doing so is interacting with the district he died in (Rich House) I spoke with Tyler about this and we both agree about this.

As for affecting players RP experience, if Smo wasn't stopped from breaking NLR in this raid, it could have easily affected a lot more players experience that were doing the Nuclear Launch. Nukes are a tricky situation, they're tense and often sometimes end up in sticky situations such as this one. I don't see any abuse here and this looked to be the best possible course of action to affect the least amount of players experience.
