This shit is messed up, people are getting over and over demote requests... Almost every one gets accepted and nothing further happens? If you had 2 demote requests on your ass a year ago you would get demoted lol

This action alone is almost harmless but the amount of 'little' reports on this staff member is becoming alarming. This report alone only requires a talking to but due to the amount of reports that are valid should notify the lead team that something needs to be done.

I've seen more than 1 admin complains about new staff
Not to mention also the new staff members are 90% shit who doesn't know rules probably and they gets easily accepted to mod and even easily promoted to admin
