What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Be in the skybox uncloaked, spawn props in the skybox and then proceed to 1v1 in the skybox.

So pretty much I was walking to the mines then I see Tamaninja spamming console with his TP's only to end up in the sybox; I call him out on why he is in the skybox and then he decided to build a 1v1 dupe in the skybox and TP's a user to 1v1 him whilste his is on duty.
He sees the skybox as the admin arena even though me and other users told him that we can clearly see him up there.
