Recently i was banned for 3 days because i had 11+ punishments , so after the punishment TTR TasteTheRainbow told me that Richie did a big mistake banning me for 3 days and said that " If you have 11+ recent punishments and did something against the rules such as RDM then you only get 1 day" and i didnt break any rule and got banned for 3 days.Please help me from abusive Admins ( i think there is another admin removing my topics )

That's not actually true. It's up to the admin that bans you for how long he'd do it - I'd probably have done 4 or 5 days. Of course there are limits to this - we cannot excessively ban users that have done very little wron, but you have broken more than 11 rules in a very short timeframe.
