Reason - Breaking TOU - Harrasment

Story - Gloratic has made several reports against people which when denied he reposts them without any reason whatsoever causing more drama and harassing the person who is being reported, and as gloratic is know to be a rule breaker as well i find this hypocritical aswell, but there's no rule against that so that argument can be discarded.

this was denied by raifster as this was a mistake and an attempt to make him RDA Ezehzz, after this was denied gloratic made the report again knowing full well it would cause drama and or annoyance towards joey recon, thus harrasing him.

this was a report against Columbine handled by JoeyRecon, after joey accepted this report gloratic complained about him not being allowed to handle this as he thought he was being biased even though joey accepted the report, once again targeting joey, at the end ZAkemi had to step in and tell gloratic off saying that it was not biased at all since it was accepted.

what gloratic has done here was break a rule and started acting cocky against deadmonstor after deadmonstor started to talk to him about what he just did, deadmonstor did nothing wrong and handled it the way he should, after coutinroy denied this gloratic once again remade the demote request on deadmonstor, still nothing was wrong with deadmonstors judgement and now he claimed that deadmonstor ruined his rp experience even though he was the one who broke a rule which i find disgusting and also another clear sign of harassment, this time towards deadmonstor

He's making ban requests, regardless of them being right or wrong this should not be classed as harassment when you're making what you THINK is a perfectly acceptable report.

Please explain how it is harassment if he re-posts a topic when he doesn't agree with the outcome.
Also, why include the fact that its hypocritical for him to report players when he may break rules himself, you yourself said it doesn't break the rules so that can be seen as harassment using your logic.

Ive had the misfortune of coming in contact with him a few timed on the forums and every single time he's been disrespectful, idk if ive ever seen anything from him that isnt disrespectful in some way.

clearly up to no good, if you think reposting the exact same thing again is ok then you are wrong.
A warning should be enough, simply be told to not do it again, if done again a ban is justified.

first of all, Just because you find it DISGUSTING!!! doesn't mean that he deserves to be banned. Second of all, if Gloratic felt like his appeal was handled the wrong way, or that he forget to add a few things into it, then why would you disallow him to remake it where he edits it a bit? Honestly at this point I'm wondering if this post is a troll or not, because if gloratic deserves to get forum banned for making ban requests, then why do I see tons of people spamming the forums 10x more than gloratic does, with useless shitty unconstructive posts? It simply makes no sense. Gloratic and I are not good friends, however this is just pure hypocrisy, and if he gets banned for this then 95% of zarp needs to get forum banned for spamming the forum.

- Let me just add, if you think making a ban request / demote request is harrasment, and you actually ban a player for that, then you are directly setting an example that players should be silent, and what kind of forum would this be then if that was the case?
