Very true indeed, I do agree with you and I myself would only issue him 1 warning with both of them reasons but he did state in the video that it was happening for atleast/over 5 hours. If he has more proof then it could potentially be ban worthy, but it does depend how bad it is and if he's constantly breaking 1 rule.

I wasn't going to make an effort in a serious attempt to reply but considering the circumstances, here is what I'm going to address:

You can see near the bottom that I've been on the server for less than 3 hours, which negates the fact he stated that I was constantly doing this for 5. The second thing I'd like to point out is that you forgot to record the part where I told you to stop building in front of my logo? In a roleplay situation it's considered vandalism to which I wanted you for that and made a valid arrest for. I personally don't believe this is either ban worthy nor warn worthy considering the fact I told you several times to stop building over my logo and you refused to acknowledge what I said which caused you to be arrested.
