What did the Staff Member(s) do?: He noclipped into my base and destroyed my nuke cos "I repasted my dupe"

Solid evidence, he definitely approached this the wrong way.

Is this allowed? Honest question. If he repasted the dupe, is this the appropriate way of handling it? Doesn't seem like it.
