Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Laughing at my friend which died of cancer, where he then proceeded to try and bribe me.
Story - (What happened?)Laughed at a dead man, which was my friend, then tried to bribe me to get out of it.

I got forum banned for something much less, and here's a man laughing at my friend which died of cancer, make a terrible apology and then trying to bribe me.
