Today on the 24/7 minecraft TTT server i was just playing happily and then i got a warning and a slay for RDM and lying in my appeal after killing a T whom i saw blatantly kill someone in front of me. They reported me and said i rdmed me and then i got the slay for RDM and lying in my appeal. I had no problem with that, however when I inquired about how i was lying, the mod in question, Kana decided to mute me in chat after i got a little hot headed. After this i took to admin chat to ask what I had lied about at which point he again refused to tell me and started to take the piss out of me, which i took as a personal insult, then he muted me from admin chat. shortly after this I reported the mod to again raise my issues with how it was being handled, especially his response to people verbally abusing me in chat and my inabiltiy to respond due to my mute, at which point he responded with this quite strange response to my report, which again i took as him taking the piss out of me. As i got his response my game crashed, so i instantly relaunched it and rejoined and the told the mod that taking the piss out of me was not very nice and that i was going to report him, to what he responded 'breaking the rules isnt very nice' and 'go ahead'. the evidence that i was able to collect is unable to be attached due to its size exeeding the limit, however i will be willing to give it to you if i am given the correct way of doing so.

A little hot headed? You had rdm'd and had lied in the report about why it wasn't rdm. Then proceeded to continue calling kana shit staff in chat and such and they muted you for disrespect and then you proceeded to yell at kana through admin chat and got admin chat muted. And this report you speak of prntscr.com/fl0ksj that seems real professional of a way to bring up your issues about kana. And just proves what I said earlier about you repeatedly calling Kana shit staff to express yourself, yet you expected to not be muted.

You claim you have proof but the file is too big. If you have pictures, could you upload them to imgur and link it in the report?

If you have a video, could you upload it to youtube and link it to us?

here is the link to what is hopefully the screenshot of Kana's response to my appeal which benzor conveniently edited out of his screenshot. the reason i had no spaces in my report was due to the limit on characters in a report, and i sort of figured that you guys would have sufficient brain cells to read it, however i may have been wrong.

I have spoken to Kana and Brenzor and have come to the conclusion to deny the report. Originally you said in the post that you have plenty of proof but that it's too big to attatch. Then when I told you to use imgur or youtube you say you don't use it, yet you later show (some) proof using imgur. Besides that, when I asked you in-game to accept my Steam friend's request to send me the proof via there you actually admitted to not have that many pictures at all.

There is no evidence that shows Kana abusing his powers or him misbehaving. However, Brenzor did provide evidence proving that you were purposely harassing Kana and acting extremely disrespectful. The only thing that you have shown to us is that Kana did respond to the report incorrectly. The Staff Ethos clearly states that staff should always act calm and controlled, and Kana did perhaps respond with less care than it deserved.

However, looking at Brenzor's proof shows that what you sent wasn't kind either, and I can understand Kana responding to the report in such a way. They never purposely harassed you - or at least you haven't shown anything that proves otherwise - and they, as far as I can tell, did not abuse or misbehave.
